Authentic vintage black velvet dress is the sexiest piece of vintage I have ever laid eyes on. Plunging neckline and open back make this dress for the truly bold. Waste 28 inches. Length of the skirt portion of the dress 25 inches. This would be incredible in a Studio 54 or James Bond girl photo shoot. I literally have no words to describe the epic nature of this dress. Shown on a size 4 mannequin yet marked a vintage size 13. I would equate this to a modern day size 6 to 8.
